Berthon Scandinavia specialises in brokerage of second-hand sailing and motor yachts between 30-80 feet, from the early 1990s to today, manufactured by reputable Swedish and Scandinavian shipyards. We also work with newer models from European shipyards and are the exclusive agents for the Italian built Solaris yachts in Sweden and Finland.
Our sales office is located in Orust, in the middle of the harbor in Henån. Here, in addition to a complete international yacht brokerage service, we can also offer dock space at our viewing dock, indoor viewing space and a well-protected visitors harbor. We also have the opportunity to offer all conceivable yacht services, refit and winter storage in collaboration with local service yards.
Most yachts that we list have Swedish or Scandinavian owners. Most of the yachts are located on Orust or on the Swedish west and east coasts but we also list yachts that are located in Europe, the USA and the Caribbean. The type of yachts we handle often attract and are sold to clients from Scandinavia, Europe and the USA. Since the start in 2012, we have focused on offering the competence and service level that enables a correct and straightforward sales process for international sales, as well as for local sales.
Those of us here at Berthon Scandinavia have our roots from deep within the marine industry. We have previously worked for Najad, Hallberg-Rassy, Sweden Yachts and Seldén, among others, and have good knowledge of the yachts we sell and the industry in which we operate. Of course, we are also sailors with good knowledge and understanding of different types of boating, everything from archipelago sailing to ocean sailing, in varying weather and with different types of yachts and crew.
As part of the Berthon Sales Group, we have over 20 colleagues, based in five countries on two continents, who all work together to find the right buyer for the right yacht.
