Foredeck – Stainless Steel pulpit rail, anchor locker with 16mm 3 strand rope to 3/8 chain. Stainless Steel 20KG Danforth anchor. Houdini hatch to centre. 2x Braided mooring lines.
Coach roof – Stainless Steel grab rails to port & starboard. 2X UFO style deck ventilators. Photonic solar panel approx. 1000×400. Fender eyes and midship clete to port & starboard. Stainless Steel grab rails to hard top. Blue canvas windscreen cover (Good condition). Hard top roof also houses a Stainless Steel carrier with 2x Trumpet horns & 1x Stainless Steel remote control searchlight. Mains inlet to starboard side deck. Blue canvas canopy to cockpit and side zipped access panels. Please note this canopy is in need of attention! Stainless Steel step to port & starboard topside. Stainless Steel scoop vents to engine bay. Lovely Stainless Steel platform with grey composite boards along with boarding ladder.
Wheelhouse / Cockpit:
Crème vinyl lined deckhead (In very good condition) to hard top with 1x12V light. Twin 12v Windscreen wipers. Twin Sony water resistant XS-MP61MK2 speakers. Stainless Steel surround to all cabin sole openings. Brushed Stainless Steel safety rail around rear seating. Vinyl upholstered cushions to rear seating surrounding hinged steps which provide access to the aft cabin.
Helm Station: Freestanding chrome / wooden helm seat to portside. Single Morse control. Folding footrest to bulkhead. Twin 6 gang switch panels with push to reset 12V fuses. Seaworld bilge pump switch and alarm with automatic and manual settings. Horn button, fuel & fresh water gauge, temperature gauge, oil gauge and voltmeter.
Portside Cockpit Locker:
This locker primarily houses the central heating which is supplied by an Airtronic Eberspacher D4 system (Not operated).
Starboard Cockpit Locker:
2X 4.5KG butane gas cylinders housed within a galvanised and ventilated locker. Various fuelling accessories also.
Accommodation
Saloon:
Double central doors to main cabin / saloon area with all matching upholstery and curtains, crème vinyl deckhead in good condition, carpeted side lining with teak stained ply cabinet work (And still to original layout!). 4X 12V Cabin lights. Airtronic heating controls and single outlet. Double dinette to portside with ‘wing’ storage surrounds. Storage beneath along with hot water storage / calorifier / accumulator tank.
V-Berth:
V Berth with ‘wing’ storage and one additional cupboard to portside. 1x Double socket, 1x Single socket, 1x TV Wall bracket, 1x Heating outlet, 1x FLI speaker to lower portside and additional storage beneath. Houdini hatch above provides a lovely outlook. Table to V Berth doubles up as an infill to Desmo table table leg fitting.
Galley:
Fitted to starboard. Plastimo Neptune 2000 oven, grill and two burner hob. Stainless Steel integrated sink with left handed drainer. Cabinet surrounds with various storage options including cave and shelf storage. Hot & cold 12V faucet. Folding wooden stove & sink protectors / lids with safety latches to further enhance the use of cabin space. Dometic RM123E 12,230 & Gas fridge. 1x Fire blanket.
Heads:
Located to starboard. Tiled in blue mosaic tiles and featuring: 1x Thetford Porta Potti, shower, shower tray and curtain. 1x12V Deckhead light. 1x Corner wash hand basin.
Aft Cabin:
A very clever use of space featuring two single berths to port & starboard respectively, carpeted side lining, centre storage / nightstand, 2x windows with privacy film, 2x Mirrors, 1x 1KG powder fire extinguisher and one gas alarm (not connected). This cabin is accessed via the lift up steps located within the wheelhouse / at the stern. Should you not know about it, you’d never know it was there!

Single 4 cylinder diesel by C.T Marine model 3850. S/N LD50H/2. Deep sea seal to prop shaft. Vetus water strainer. 12V/70A Alternator. Bowman heat exchanger. Galvanised fuel & water tanks.
Twin 110AH leisure batteries servicing the start & house battery. 1/2 Battery isolator. 12v Water pump. J.V.C Face off radio player. Pro charge 20 battery charger. 230 Consumer unit. T.V Ariel charger / booster.
