There’s a little known law in boating that’s says the fun to be had onboard is inversely proportional to the size of your boat!
Most of us fell in love with the water on little boats – boats that let you get close enough to the water to feel the spray on your face and the wind in your hair. That’s why so many owners of larger boats will tell you they have the most fun on their tenders!! Well, this Avon Seasport 400DL is another little boat that proves the law – It would make a perfect tender or a stand-alone boat for messing around on the water.
This is a 2007 Avon Seasport 400 DL RIB, fitted with a Yamaha 50HP FourStroke Outboard. It has only 260 hours on the clock and is in great condition for the year. It comes complete with a single axle roller coaster road trailer for making transport and launching simple.
She can carry up to 5 adults plus gear, up to a total load of 470kg. At 4m Long (beam of 1.77m), and 350kg dry weight, it will hang on the davits of many 36ft+ cruisers. And it’ll tow behind just about any family car. All in all it’s a very easy little boat to own and use…
There’s tons of performance too from the 50HP FourStroke Yamaha, so it’s ideal for watersports or just blasting around your favourite bay! It’s been well maintained and is a lovely little engine.
