The 2017 Haynie 24 VLS is a purpose-built, performance-oriented bay and flats fishing boat that blends shallow-water capability with serious offshore performance.
At about 24 feet long with a wide, stable hull, the VLS is designed to handle choppy water comfortably while still drafting shallow enough for inshore and flats fishing. It is powered by a single Mercury outboard Verado series engine 300 HP, giving it enough power to quickly reach fishing grounds and run across bays efficiently.
Haynie builds the 24 VLS with a focus on fishability and custom rigging options, including ample storage, live wells, making it a versatile platform for both tournament anglers and serious recreational fishers.
