Philippe Briand devoted all his know-how to the original CNB 76, creating a yacht of masterful proportions, suited to all roles as a proven performer with 36 hulls delivered. He has now completely refreshed the design for the brand new CNB 78.

With a wider transom, and two chines on the hull, its clear to see this is an amazing leap in the interior volume. The interior now boasts two proper guest doubles, a noticeably larger saloon enhanced by moving the chart table into the crew section of the boat, creating a more open saloon. Other big wins are incredible light in the saloon from the aft "window" by the companionway, incredible storage throughout, more crew space and a bigger tender capacity. On deck, it’s just one level all round

The 78 is lighter, stiffer, with new woodwork, and now with Solimar hatches, seamless teak decking, Mastervolt management and a host of features reflecting the Solaris build philosophy.

Designed from the outset to be operated by a small crew, she can comfortably accommodate a couple of professional crew. The massive guest cockpit is never obstructed by controls, which are sent back to the area around the helming stations, above the sidedecks. On board, everything is treated as a one-off : the professional galley fit out, the light-filled environment and even the soundproofing throughout, including the engine-room. As for the integral garage, it now takes a 3.95-m tender with its engine, stowed in less than a minute, an arrangement generally reserved for a 90-foot monohull.

Trade in's and part exchanges are encouraged and finance is available. Call us at Ancasta London for more details and to discuss customisable options for your CNB 78.

The CNB 78 is a semi custom construction that may be heavily customised by owners as each hull is put into build. A very detailed inventory and specification is available upon request, along with a price list containing details of the options and upgrades available.
