The Volvo Penta IPS (Inboard Performance System) is an integrated propulsion system consisting of:

• Inboard diesel engine

• Dedicated IPS transmission

• Steerable pod drive unit

• Forward-facing, counter-rotating propellers

• Electronic control system with joystick functionality

Unlike a traditional shaft system, the IPS pod:

• Is mounted through the hull

• Rotates to steer the boat (no rudders required)

• Uses forward-facing propellers that “pull” the vessel through the water

This configuration provides:

• Improved fuel efficiency

• Reduced vibration

• Enhanced maneuverability

• Precise joystick docking control

When properly installed, aligned, and maintained, IPS systems are reliable and widely used in modern motor yachts.

La embarcación está equipada con dos potentes motores Volvo Penta IPS 600, que en conjunto desarrollan 870 hp.
Dispone de un motor original con aproximadamente 600 horas y un motor nuevo de estribor instalado en 2023. Se encuentran disponibles todas las facturas correspondientes.

Dispone de sistema Volvo con joystick, que facilita todas las maniobras. Con este joystick la conducción y el atraque resultan especialmente sencillos. El último cambio de aceite y mantenimiento se realizaron en 2024. La velocidad de crucero es de 20 nudos y la velocidad máxima alcanza los 30 nudos. La última varada para antifouling se llevó a cabo en octubre de 2024.
