Albert Strange Wenda Design no. 45 offered for Sale.  Built by Fabian Bush in Rowhedge, Essex, and launched in 2006.  "Constance" is a traditionally built by a time honoured craftsman to an Albert Strange design from 1899.  She is described as a "fast cruising canoe yacht" with double ended canoe stern, and a Yawl, rig.  She is 25ft long, Clinker construction, long keel with a centreboard.

Her hull is constructed with Clinker Larch on oak and Elm, Spruce spars and a ply deck. 

In the brokers opinion, Constance is a beautifully constructed yacht, with classic lines.  She is regarded as an "Historic craft" and thus exempt from the Recreational Craft Directive.  She appears to be very well maintained and in good overall condition.  This is a very special yacht indeed, viewing is highly recommended.
