Very well maintained and updated Irwin 37 is up for sale.
When we write that this Irwin 37 is from 1975, it is not quite right - because pretty much EVERYTHING on this boat has been changed, fixed and improved, so that the boat today appears in much better condition than when it left the yard!

New engine + axle + screw and hydraulic gearbox in 2007
New keel from X-37 2009 - New steel bottom frame and frames in steel 2009 - New rudder 2009
All hull penetrations have been replaced in 2007, and everything below the waterline has been bottom sanded + primed in 2013
The cockpit has been rebuilt with new 13 mm. teak 2007, and the boat has had a new deck and hull both in 13 mm. teak 2007.
Furthermore, new bowsprit + platform 2007 - new top-hatches + 8 new windows 2007 - new sky throughout the boat + walls in toilet covered with nappa 2013 - new sprayhood + cockpit tent 2012 from the hoodsmith in Helsingør - and new boom tarpaulin 2013 - 4 new mooring bollards + 2 lowering bollards 2007 - and then the whole boat was repainted in 2007.
It continues with: rig, sails, winches, blocks - and on the shelter there is a new fridge, freezer, heating, new fresh water pump + pressure system, - and new cushions throughout the boat and with leather cushions in the salon in 2011
Did we mention the bow thruster, the new navigation instruments from Simrad, new electrical panel, charger and batteries etc. – etc. It is impossible to include it all here. The owner has simply super-optimized this Irwin 37.
The Irwin 37 is an excellent sailor, and with the keel from the X37, the boat's sailing characteristics have become even better. Here is a boat that can easily make its mark on the racing courses, and which at the same time offers safe and comfortable sailing with room for family and friends.
