This Standfast 40 is a classic offshore cruiser, racer designed by Frans Maas and built by Standfast Yachts in the Netherlands in 1979. Accommodation

The boat offers up 6 berths in a beautiful teak interior. In the forecabin, there is a V-berth with good stowage underneath and a deck opening hatch. Separate heads compartment to port with a Jabsco marine toilet, stainless steel basin with a hot & cold pressurised water supply. Large hanging locker opposite to starboard. Moving aft, into the spacious saloon featuring two single settee berths, either side of a fixed saloon table with double drop leaves. Superb stowage around the saloon with eye level cupboards and shelving. To port, there is a L-shaped galley with a two-burner gas hob, twin stainless steel sinks with a hot and cold pressurised water supply. Extra manually pumped cold water supply and a filtered drinking water tap. Deep storage lockers. Opposite to starboard, is the forward-facing chart table with the electrical distribution panel, navigation instruments and chart stowage. Moving into the aft cabin, there are two quarter berths to port and starboard, with excellent stowage and a little seat. Cream upholstery through. Eberspacher diesel cabin heater (fully serviced but requires fitting). Curtains.
