Lydia B is an extremely pretty GRP cruising yacht, cutter rigged and with a Yanmar auxiliary engine. She has teak decks and an interior completely fitted out with high grade Burmese teak. However, she is also a very rugged and strongly built blue water cruiser with credentials extending from the Pacific ocean, through the Panama canal and eventually ending up in the United Kingdom where she is undoubtedly unique.
Preliminary details
Comparatively rare in this country the Baba 30 is well known as a rugged blue water sailing vessel and can be found in many places around the world. "Lydia B" is no exception, she has sailed the Pacific and the west coast of North America before transitting the Panama Canal and sailing up the east coast of the United States and finally crossing the Atlantic to the united Kingdom.
Although strongly built throughout Lydia B is also a delight to behold, very pretty and constructed of only the finest materials, including a full Burmese teak interior and thick teak decks.
