Robalo Boats originated in 1969 as an audacious start-up, established by Buck Pegg in South Florida, United States. Its initial journey began in an old barn located on US Highway 41, with its core mission to construct boats that can perform superbly, regardless of the environmental conditions. The fervent ambition of Buck Pegg led him to design a 19-foot centre console, which drastically transformed into "Robalo Magnum 19" in its production phase. This model was the pioneering venture of Robalo to merge deep-vee performance with a stable draft, an innovative endeavour that solidified their space in the boat industry.
In 2001, Robalo experienced a momentous change as it was acquired by the prominent manufacturer, Marine Products Corporation. Along with the introduction of Chaparral Boats, one of the leading boat manufacturers worldwide, this corporation steered Robalo into exponential growth; the state-of-the-art development processes gave rise to a new generation of boats that showcased advanced techniques and designs.
Today, Robalo Boats has its operational base in Nashville, Georgia. With a sprawling production acreage, its manufacturing facility features environmentally-clean technology and advanced equipment. Their mission remains undeterred, as they continually strive to construct premium-quality boats with innovative design, superior performance, and long-lasting durability. Every Robalo boat is carefully crafted with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring its position among one of the premier boat manufacturers in the marine industry.
