Nauticat built their reputation with solidly built and well finished motorsailers which motored better than they sailed. Alongside this they also built a range of ‘Pilothouse Sailing Yachts’ aimed at the sailor wanting a the protection of a wheelhouse without compromising the sailing performance of their yacht. The pilot house range retain the solid build and high-quality finish above and below decks while being designed with with sail power as the primary mode of propulsion.

The Nauticat 37 is a different kettle of fish from the traditional Nauticat designs and is an evolution of the earlier Nauticat 35 Pilot House concept. Benefitting from a completely new hull and deck design, including modernised keel and rudder profiles, the Nauticat 37 benefits from significantly improved sailing performance. Below decks they offer an elevated saloon with panoramic views, internal helm and engine controls, two double cabins, two heads and a spacious linear galley.

Commissioned by her current owner, to his own specifications he Nauticat 37 FINLANDIA has been lightly used over the years with her engine having recorded less than 1,650hrs since new. With her owner now retiring from sailing this lovely yacht is offered with a comprehensive inventory including highlights such as:
