Summary

The Sunshine 38 is a well-regarded and capable cruiser/racer equally at home in both roles. The design by Tony Castro, was originally conceived as an IOR One Ton Race Yacht - Justine III, the only One Tonner racing yacht to win all 5 races in the World Championship since the 1900's. Castro’s updated Justine IV was top Offshore Admiral’s cupper in 1983. The Castro design was taken up by Jeanneau as their new 36’ then 38’ cruiser, with the Jeanneau Sunshine winning Yacht of the Year in France – 1983

Argento has been significantly refitted and upgraded in current and previous ownerships. Winner of the 2013 CCC Bluewater Race Troon to Britany; 5 x Club Championships; class wins at the Scottish Series and cruising awards.
