2006 Model Jeanneau 35 lift keel yacht (built late 2005) presented in very tidy condition. Commissioned onto Windermere from new and based here since. The accommodation includes 3 double cabins plus occasional saloon berths and so is ideal as a family cruiser. The lift keel opens up a wide range of cruising grounds and berth options.
Construction
GRP construction with a shallow, winged stub keel and lifting centre-plate (0.96m to 2.18m draft), twin rudders and wheel steering. Teak cockpit.
Mechanicals
Powered by a Yanmar 3YM30 29hp diesel with shaft driven 3 bladed fixed propeller. Last serviced May 2024. Two x 12V batteries provide engine start and service power (both new 2023). Shore power battery charger fitted along with diesel cabin heating.
Sails and Rigging
Bermudan rig with deck stepped alloy mast and spars, stainless wire standing rigging. In-mast furling mainsail and roller furling Genoa. Spinnaker halyard fitted. Both sails are 2006 and are described as being in "good condition". The Genoa had a new UV strip fitted in 2023.
Accommodation
6 to 8 berths with three double cabins and occasional saloon berths. The cabin berths have deep sprung mattresses and wardrobes. Galley with gas oven and hob, twin sinks, large fridge and storage to starboard. Saloon table offset to starboard with settee seating, additional settee to port. Heads with shower, sea toilet and holding tank to port along with the navigation table and electronics panel. The full cockpit enclosure (new 2023) gives a large amount of extra room. Diesel cabin heating fitted.
