About this Dutch Barge

English

This Dutch Cargo Barge provides phenomenal accommodation which is so flexible. There’s still more potential to enhance the large workshop area too. Also the owners were going to enhance the feel by finishing off making part of the roof slide open and close to effectively make a sunroof feature so bringing outdoors inside. The vessel engine would need a good service etc by a professional but the vessel did arrive under her own steam around 6 years ago. She does have quite a spread of commercial style navigation equipment. This vessel will be of interest to a family who appreciate a lot of living room, great views and a secure location. The Captains quarters are currently rented out to a lodger so this covers mooring fees. So if you are a cash buyer and want to bring about a lifestyle change then this beautiful Dutch Cargo Barge could tick all your boxes. Note that house style lenders will not give a mortgage for a barge. So cash buyers only.
