This 2016 model Oceanis 45 was commissioned onto Windermere and has been lightly used by both owners from new. Extras include bow thruster, autopilot, electric winches and B&G plotters at each wheel. Construction
GRP hull in Pearl Grey gel finish with Teak decking. Shallow draft keel (1.75m) with spade rudder and twin wheel steering. Cockpit arch supports the mainsheet and sprayhood.
Mechanicals
Yanmar 4JH5E SD 54hp diesel with shaft driven 3 bladed folding propeller. 2 x service batteries and 1 x engine start battery charged via the engine or shore power battery charger. Electric anchor windlass with chain counter operated from the cockpit. Bow thruster and electric winches.
Sails and Rigging
Deck stepped alloy mast and spars and stainless wire standing rigging. Rod Vang. Mainsheet on arch arch keeps the cockpit clear. In-mast furling Mainsail and roller furling Genoa, both original but lightly used.
Accommodation
Light and airy accommodation with plenty of natural light and cabin lights throughout. Alpi Mahogany finish to interior woodwork and Sesame upholstery. 3 cabin layout with en-suite master forecabin and 2 aft double cabins. The starboard cabin has en-suite access to the family head and shower which can also be accessed from the saloon. Well equipped galley area with twin stainless sinks, gas oven and hob, microwave, front loading fridge and top loading freezer. Plenty of storage throughout. Navigation station to port with dining table to starboard. Full cockpit enclosure replaced in 2023, new cockpit seating 2023. Electric transom with remote control. Jetty connection water hook-up for endless mains pressure water.
