Introduction
Originally built as Magnifico for an experienced owner looking for comfortable offshore use including West and East US Coast and Transatlantic sailing. The yacht was strengthened and built with additionally thick underwater plates and extra heavy duty struts. Her home berth for 12 years was in fresh water.
Extensive refits in 1999, 2005 and 2007 have kept this 120' Broward in excellent condition by her previous and present owners.
Vessel Walkthrough
Both recent refits have brought this stunning 120' Broward back to her highest standard throughout.
Entrance through the aft main deck brings you straight into the large fully open main salon with lacquered cherry wood and a formal dining area for 8 guests. Service bar is forward of the main salon. Full bar area with 3 seats aft to starboard, with a large plasma and small library. Beautiful granite counter tops throughout. Two large sofas and four custom chairs offer plenty of seating space for all guests.
Elegant day head is ideally positioned just forward of the salon before the galley.
Forward of the main salon is an extremely large country kitchen galley. The large galley offers ample space for large entertaining and relaxed owner / crew interaction. Additional 100 bottle storage in a wine chiller in the forward bulkhead.
Covered main deck aft area is entered through a Lucite door. Seating for 10 people with an additional aft deck wet bar.
Moving forward along the external passage ways you have access on both the port and starboard to the cockpit.
Full beam midships master cabin with a king size bed centrelined. Two en suites with dual Jacuzzi tubs. 15' walk in cedar closet with possibility to convert into a fifth cabin. Forward to port is the double guest room with en suite and to the starboard the stairs to the main salon. Further double en suite cabin positioned port forward, with twin cabin with pullman and en suite.
The three cabined crew quarters are accessed through the galley forward, with upgraded crew seating area.
Salon
Lacquered cherry wood, maple columns, premium carpentry and granite tops throughout. In 2007 the yacht received all new furniture, large plasma TVs, carpeting and many more. High gloss cherry paneling and window frames, lacquered in 2007. Bar is aft including sink, refrigerator, ice-maker and stools. Additional cherry wood cabinetry on both port and starboard. Small Library. 4 maple and cherry columns. Over-head panels made from vinyl with speakers and light fittings all recessed.
Dining
Wide bodied salon with cherry dining table for 8 people. Carpeted throughout with vinyl overhead paneling with recessed lights and speakers.
Desk area on starboard. Day head access forward and further access to the bridge house.
Skylounge
An additional area for entertaining with plenty of seating space on two sofas and excellent views from the third deck, also barbeque area. Sunbathing loungers available further to the aft with two tender davits further.
Master Stateroom
Centre-lined king size bed. 15' cider-lined walk-in closet, could be converted to fifth cabin. Additional walk-in closet. His and hers en suite with adjoining Jacuzzi. New stereo speakers in the overhead vinyl paneling. Sofa and vanity desk. Localised thermostat. Renewed port holes on berth port and starboard. New flat screen TV and Sat receiver.
Guest Staterooms
All guest cabins decor were stripped and refitted in 2005. All have flat screen TVs. All offer plenty of space for guests and storage.
Hull
Bottom stripped and painted in 2009. Heavier build on the underwater hull area with extra thick plates and heavier shaft struts onto octagel triple plated bases,prove the yacht was built with Trans Atlantic passages in mind.
Aft deck
Ideal for entertaining area while cruising, with seating for 10 people with wet bar (new 2007) custom teak outdoor dining table with aft bench and separated L shaped seating area for pre-dinner drinks and relaxing.
Flybridge
Also refitted in 2005 with the cherry wood. Sofas, tables and carpeting.
All electronics were either replaced or rebuilt.
Flybridge is fully equipped with up-to-date machinery and safety equipment, list of which is available on request.
Pilothouse
The yacht is equipped with complete upper and lower helm stations. Main pilothouse is accessed from the port or starboard stairwells by the entry doors.
Fully equipped with up-to-date machinery, replacing the old where necessary.

Galley
The galley has gone through extensive refits in 2005 and 2007 including new appliances and fit-out. 100 bottle wine chiller on the forward bulkhead. New marble flooring. New double door stainless steel refrigerator. New galley door to separate the galley and main salon.
Stern
Large storage cabinets and helm station. Gasoline service for water toy fueling. Freshwater wash-down access. Steering station to port with clutch/throttle/stop/start/bow thrusters and steering wheel. New Atlas power converters. Hot and cold shower.
Captains Cabin
Placed between the crew quarters and the engine room with the crew lounge next door. Ample private space and good social area for all the crew.
Crew Quarters
Crew cabins are all forward of the galley and have been redesigned in 2005 with new seating area and soft furnishings. In 2007 further remodeling was done in order to upgrade the crew area.
Engine /Mechanical Equipment
Engines are 2 x CAT 3412 1050Hp. Ron Doerr machinery survey completed in 2007 with all recommendations completed and upgraded.
Generators are 2 x CAT 3408 with the starboard rebuilt in 2009 and port 2005.
2000 Naiad 353 fin stabilsers were replaced in 1999 and renewed pumps in 2004.
Safety And Fire Protection
All new in 2008 and serviced in 2009.
Electrical System
Generators CAT 3304B 83ZO3540 75 Kw 120/240 voltage 1800 RPM.
Major overhauling on both engines completed.
Charles 24V and 12V battery chargers.
4 x 12V storage batteries and 3 others.
Refits
1999 US$ 1m refit.
2005 and 2007 saw two additional refits by the past two owners completing an after sales condition survey report and correcting all issues in all areas and bringing the yacht back to her full glory for her new owner.
Interiors, engines, paint, hull thickness, safety equipment, electrics, bridge systems, galley equipment, teak decking, entertainment systems, bathrooms etc all addressed by the present owners.

All teak wood on deck and open space was newly replaced.All port holes and glasses replaced with water proof protection.All state rooms bathroom floors replaced with marble.The head on main deck newly renovated.Vinyl padded ceiling at aft deck and CCTV newly replaced, area repainted, door replaced with seahorse engraved.Master state room renovated with new wall cover.All carpets are newly replaced and new security system installed.All state rooms with TV and DVD.New satellite TV system installed. Furuno Fleet 33 inmarsat system installed with phone & fax.Seat in galley and flybridge were newly remounted with genuine leather. Family dining table newly installed.The 2 life rafts and all portable fire extinguishers were purchased new in 2008 and serviced in November 2009.The yacht just passed the annual survey by Hong Kong Marine Department in December 2009.Just completed drydock and new antifouling paint applied in December 2009.The machinery is maintained by Cats dealer in HK. The Starboard generator was just overhauled in 2009 with all new parts ( more or less rebuilt).
Remarks
Upgraded throughout her life and originally built to extra strength conditions makes this 120' Broward a very attractive sea-worthy yacht. With all the teak deck replaced on purchase and a further US$600,000 refit in her home of Hong Kong, completed in 2007 when bought by the present owner, this yacht has continued to improve through her life.
Her impressive speeds and updated machinery and interior design, put her in competition with some much younger and even larger yachts.
