Owners Comments

Quros was purchased in Qatar late 2018 with the goal of sailing her across the Indian Ocean from Qatar to South East Asia. Quros from new had been used purely as a coastal cruiser and needed to be set up adequately for her longest voyage yet, the criteria was simple, to get her ocean ready without compromising on her sleek appearance and structural integrity. Many major upgrades were made from navigation equipment, battery banks, solar panels, water makers and additional fibreglass matting on the grid for added structural support. All mechanical instruments, electrical wiring, rigging and body structure have been fully inspected and serviced with one goal, to make Quros as equipped and reliable as possible. After experiencing long delays due to COVID travel restrictions, I finally took to the sea’s in July 2022, after 22 days and 3,515 nautical miles Quros performed without a glitch during the crossing and for the last 8 months I’ve spent weeks at a time off grid island hopping around Phuket Thailand, she truly is a well-balanced boat that gives high performance in an extremely comfortable living space.
