The Island Packet 26 Mark II provides the feel of a much larger yacht.  Sturdily built, these boats have stood the test of time.  The cockpit seats 8.  The recently serviced engine can be accessed through very large cockpit sole hatches.  Wheel steering, single lever engine control, tachometer, electric fuel gauge, and warning system are all at hand.  This IP 26 sports a NEW tanbark 110% genoa,  and recent BOTTOM JOB.  (2022)  Navigation lights and thru were also inspected in 2022, with new anodes installed.   The rudder was rebuilt then too!  The saloon provides fantastic space for a 26' vessel, with a fold-away table that encloses a large storage cabinet when underway.  The head was recently service (2022).  If you are looking for a boat that can serve as either a daysailer OR coastal cruiser, come see this one!
