MECHANICAL
2 x Ford Sabre 210hp inboard diesel engines with shaft drive to 3 blade fixed propellers. Cruising speed 18 knots, hull speed around 22 knots, range around 250 nautical miles. Trim tabs.
ELECTRICAL
12v battery system with battery monitor. 240v shore power with Victron Phoenix charger. The vessel has five main batteries wired to give 12V and 24V domestic and separate engine starting supplies. They are securely installed in an FRP battery box between the engines. 240V shorepower system that powers domestic sockets, the battery charger, the calorifier and various domestic appliances. Inverter under helm position.

DECK GEAR
Pushpit, pulpit and rails Lofrans electric anchor windlass, anchor with chain, bow roller, fairleads & cleats, boarding platform to transom, boarding ladder, windscreen wipers and washers, protective hatch, wheelhosue and window covers, mooring warps and fenders.
DOMESTIC
Fusion sound system. Eberspacher hot air heating system. Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, microwave, Waeco refrigerator, hot and cold water supply to sink (hot water via calorifier and 240v immersion). The two heads compartments each have a manual flush toilet, wash basin and shower tap. The toilets discharge either directly overboard or to a steel holding tank. Freshwater is stored in two plastic tanks installed under the aft cabin berths.
ACCOMMODATION
There are a potential 6 berths with 2 single berths in the separate aft cabin with en-suite heads compartment, a double berth in the fore-peak and her saloon can make into a double.
OWNERS COMMENTS
"Dawn Shadow" is an impressive example of this roomy & seagoing motor cruiser from a very reputable builder. She was surveyed in 2020 on purchase by her present owner who has since invested in replacing the old teak decking with "Sea-Dek", professionally fitted by the manufacturer. He has also had fitted all new navigation systems including Raymarine Axiom plotter & radar. She was listed in Spring 2022 for antifoul and anodes and has remained afloat winter 2022/3.
