This boat would be labeled as needing work finished.
The boat has been on the hard for almost 10 years, there was an issue and history with the former service/marina rebuilding one of the engines. The engine is being reported to be rebuilt but not put back together at this time. The seller will be getting the engine back but will not be installing it back in the vessel.
This vessel has the standard Sundancer layout with a full galley and aft berth. The Interior will sleep 6 comfortably. She offers plenty of storage both inside and out. The cockpit is laid out to offer lots of seating. Windlass with forward and cockpit controls. The Interior is equipped with air & heat, and a full galley that makes this model perfect for a long weekend getaway onboard.
The seller did have bottom paint applied a few seasons ago, it has not been in the water.
The seller reports the port engine is operating but has not run in a while. The boat being in the current location was difficult to check systems. A buyer needs to consider this a project and purchase knowing that there could be additional work to be completed.
The generator was not witnessed running, but hours are super low, sitting a 60hrs.
This vessel would be purchased as-is and where-is, a water trail would not be able to be part of any offer.
