ACCOMMODATIONS AND FINISH
The hull is finished in white gelcoat, with blue bootstripe and sheerstripe. Antifouling is white InternatioMicron CSC Biolux. The toerail and rubrail are of anodized aluminum. Decks are full teak. The interior is finished in satin-varnished mahogany, with a varnished sole of dark and light contrasting woods and varnished mahogany staving lining the hull adjacent to the berths and settees. The overhead is finished in white padded vinyl, with contrasting mahogany strips in the main salon area. Cushion covers are of a upgrade blue patterned cloth. There are curtains for all fixed ports. Year-round comfort is assured by the diesel forced-air heating system, opening overhead hatches, and dorade vents. An interesting feature is the adjustable flow-through ventilation system from the cowl located behind the anchor locker. 12v overhead lights, reading lights, courtesy lights, and shore power outlets conveniently located throughout. In addition, all hanging lockers have inside lights.
FORWARD STATEROOM: Located forward, aft of the anchor locker. There is a comfortable large double berth, with shelf storage outboard to port and starboard. The hull interior adjacent to the berth is lined with satin-varnished mahogany staving. The overhead is of white padded vinyl. There is a hanging locker located aft to port, and cavernous storage located beneath the berth. The berth-top panels are hinged for easy access. Opposite the hanging locker to starboard is the ensuite head. A large opening overhead hatch above the berth provides natural lighting and ventilation. A unique adjustable flow-through ventilation system from a cowl aft of the anchor locker enhances air circulation. The forward stateroom is ensured privacy from the main salon with a door.
HEAD: Located aft of the forward stateroom double berth to starboard, with private access from both the forward stateroom and main salon. The head includes a white gelcoat countertop and vanity sink, hot and cold pressure water fixture with integral telephone-style shower fixture, manual w/c (with holding tank and Y-valve), mirrors, towel racks, corian shower grate sole, and shower sump with electric pump. A corian panel folds down to convert the w/c to a dressing/showering seat. There is lots of storage here, too. The head is ventilated with an opening overhead hatch and a dome ventilator.
MAIN SALON: Located aft of the forward stateroom and head, with a mahogany double-dropleaf table mounted in the center, and curved settees to port & starboard. This is a comfortable space for relaxing and entertaining guests. The four fixed ports provide plenty of light and an excellent view of the scenery. Curtains enable privacy when needed. Storage is plentiful, both behind the settee seatbacks and in lockers and shelving located above and outboard of the settees. Built into the table are storage drawers and a large spirit cabinet. The mahogany handrails mounted on the cabinsides will be appreciated in rough weather. An attractive beige vinyl cover pads the mast. Two dorades and an opening overhead hatch provide flow-through ventilation. Extra Custom made twin pipe cots above port and starboard settees.
