This single cylinder, 9hp unit has been well maintained throughout its life and has recently had a new cylinder head, gasket and new injector. Reduction gearbox driving a stainless steel shaft and bronze 2-bladed fixed propeller.
12V onboard systems with bank of 2X12V batteries providing engine start and domestic power. These are fitted with key type isolators and are recharged via the engines alternator.

Accommodation
"Sea Fly" is deceivingly spacious below decks and offer berths for 6 persons. Although she will accomodate 4 people with ease she would make an ideal family cruiser. She has a very generous beam and a raised coachroof which increases the internal volume greatly. The companionway steps are fairly steep but the tradeoff for this is greater room in the galley and easier access to the heads.
Aft is a double berthed cabin with hull mounted fabric storage solution and a round port light at transom letting in natural light. The galley has a gas fuelled Neptune 2000 cooker with 2-burner hob and grill. Stainless steel circular sink with hand pumped fresh water. Top loading ice box for perishables. Smoked perspex fronted storage cupboard.
Opposite the galley is the heads compartment with concertina style privacy door. There is a moulded sink unit with hand pumped fresh water and a wet locker adjacent. Current toilet is a Thetford Porta-Potti which was installed during a period on Lake Windermere. The original seacocks for a conventional marine toilet are in situ should this be the preferred option.
There is a U-shaped seating area in the saloon with central table. The settees offer 2 comfortable single berths. In the bow is a further double berth with storage below.
- 6 Foot standing headroom at main hatch and saloon
- NEW 100 Litre water tank including pipework - 2017
