This is a very fine and well equipped example of the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 35, a cruising yacht that enjoys a reputation for good sailing performance and handling - yet easy to sail at the same time.
Indeed, designer Marc Lombard seemingly managed the impossible trifecta of optimising sailing performance, maximising accommodation and maintaining ease of use within one great looking package.
The below decks accommodation is particularly noteworthy, the aft cabin has good headroom, even above the vast berth - no problem for claustrophic prone owners. The heads/shower compartment is split and separated by a shower door, keeping access to the handbasin dry. This compartment also provides access to a huge under cockpit storage space.
Storage, always a problem on boats, is superbly catered for on the Sun Odyssey 35 with large hanging lockers for all the cabins and the saloon; augmented with numerous lockers throughout the craft. Clever thought has been used with regards to a chart table that slides aft to maximise the saloon accommodation, yet when in its default position it reveals a forward facing navigator's seat.
"Sansovino" is a very much loved two owner craft that boasts heating, radar, AIS, autopilot and much more. For further information, or to arrange a viewing, please call, email or WhatsApp Peter Keats

Owner's & Broker's Comments
OWNER'S COMMENTS:
We bought Sansovino in July 2020 at which point she had one previous owner who was retiring from sailing.
She had been well loved and looked after, was everything we were looking for and we have enjoyed further updating her in this time with all the latest navigation systems, sails, rigging and more.
We have mainly sailed double handed since then and she is easily managed by a couple, but also spacious enough to be joined by friends or family. We have sailed across the Solent, with trips West to Portland and avery enjoyable channel crossing. She is a very comfortable and spacious boat for her size, and we love the clever layout and use of space – especially the large storage locker (or ‘shed’ as we call it!) and the larger powered engine which is fantastic when navigating against a tide!
Our reason for selling is simply that we have loved sailing with her so much that she has given us the confidence to begin our retirement dream journey around the globe. We are ready to find our next “bluewater” boat and prepare for crossing oceans!
BROKER'S COMMENTS:
There are boats that just feel "right".
"Sansovino" is one of them.
