This is a fabulous Sun Odyssey 35 which sails beautifully, has good accommodation and is easily sailed by a couple. Rare lifting keel example that allow the boat to be dried out on her keel and twin rudders. Owners layout with two sleeping cabins outside the saloon.

Accommodation
Up forward there is a double cabin with a large double berth, hanging locker, two other lockers with shelves and storage beneath berth. Fresh water tank underneath. Deck opening hatch.
In the saloon there is a ergonomic U shaped seating to starboard with a fixed table. Settee berth opposite. Lockers outboard both sides.L shaped galley with double stainless steel sinks, two burner cooker with oven, and large fridge. Hot and cold pressurised fresh water supply throughout.
Sliding chart table to port (stows against bulkhead to maximize settee space whilst in port or slides forward for forward facing chart table at sea). Chart light. Instrument panel. Large hanging locker aft of chart area.
Large heads compartment to port with a shower, basin and marine toilet. Shower sump pump. Glass shower door. Access to extremely large under deck stowage compartment. Fixed hull port.
Aft cabin with large double berth, two opening ports, hanging locker and hull shelf.
Cream leatherette upholstery in saloon. Webasto diesel fired central heating system with outlets in all cabins. Radio/CD player.
Mechanical Systems
Located behind the companionway stairs is the Yanmar 3YM30 (2005), 29hp marine diesel engine in vented and soundproofed engine compartment. Three cylinders. Electric start. Reduction gearbox to shaft drive with two blade propeller and rope cutter. Water lubricated stern gland. Fresh water cooled. Anti syphon valve. Single lever engine controls. Rope cutter to shaft. Engine serviced 2022, hours unrecorded. New starter motor in 2021.

Construction
Built by Jeanneau, France in 2005. White grp hull with style stripes. White grp coachroof with moulded non skid decks (Prism resin infusion construction). Wheel steering to twin rudders. Lifting keel. Sugar scoop type transom. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Teak cockpit seats, helm seat, transom seat and sole. Stainless steel rails and guard wires. Two cockpit lockers and gas bottle locker. Twin rollers to stem head fitting. Midship cleats. Last surveyed in 2010.
