boasts excellent seakeeping and impressive performance, delivered in safety and comfort. Deep aft cockpit with all controls led aft. Layout includes two double cabins, two heads, spacious saloon and huge stowage spaces.

Two owners from new she has seen only light usage in UK coastal waters. Both owners have taken good care of her and followed good maintenance schedules.

Accommodation


The saloon has a large comfortable seating area arranged around a folding table. Seating can be converted to berths and has lee clothes fitted both port and starboard to allow use as sea berths. Many cupboards, shelfs and lockers for storage of equipment, books, etc.
Forward facing chart table with seat.
Galley is opposite fitted with Corian work surfaces, double stainless steel sink unit, cooker with oven and grill, Isotherm refrigerator. Many cupboards and other storage for all utensils and vitals.
Forward cabin with large double bed. Opening hatch and port lights for good ventilation. Copius storage for gear in cupboards , drawers, shelfs and lockers.
Ensuite heads compartment with wash hand basin, shower facilities, electric seatoilet.
Aft cabin with double berth, hatch and port lights, good storage for all personal gear.
Aft heads compartment with manual sea toilet.
Pressurised hot and cold water system feeds all taps and showers.
Eberspacher heating system ducts hot air to all cabins
Both heads units have holding tanks and can be evacuated either at sea or at a pump out station.

Hull Deck and Cockpit


Hand laid 12mm teak on side decks, coachroof and cockpit.
Scooped stern with steps and a stainless steel bathing / boarding ladder.
Insulated hull with encapsulated lead keel. 
Under water surfaces epoxy coated and anti fouled.
Integral moulded rubbing strake.
Aluminium framed fixed windscreen with safety glass.
Spray hood and full cockpit cover (New 2016) attach to this to enclose cockpit.
Teak cockpit table
Targa arch over cockpit takes mainsheet system and keeps it out the cockpit. Lighting fitted within to illuminate cockpit.
All lines led aft to coaming mounted primary and control winches.
Wheel steering at pedestal with instruments, compass and engine controls.
Gas locker.
Electric anchor windlass with 80M 8mm chain and Bruce style anchor which comes up through the stem and keeps deck at bow clear of obstructions. Remote for windlass control, and 10M snubber with 8mm hook.
Side gates in guardrails.
Custom pushpit with teak seats to port and starboard.

Engine and Machinery


Yanmar 4 cylinder 54hp inboard Diesel engine.
Shaft drive with flexofold folding propellor fitted.
Original propellor supplied as spare
Sidepower SP95 Bow Thruster fitted with controls at cockpit helm position.

Rigging and Sails


Deck stepped Selden mast.
Standing rigging replaced in 2017.
Fully battened mainsail with Lazyjacks and stackpack (New in 2016) cover/storage system.
Third reefing lines added.

Electronics and Instrumentation


Power supplied to domestic systems by two deep cycle batteries.
Engine battery bank (75Ah) can be coupled to domestics for emergency starting.
Batteries recharged by engine alternator (via Sterling alternator to battery charger unit) or 240Volt battery charger from shore power system. Ring main and 240V water heater circuits also connected to this.
Victron battery monitor (new 2017) warns of incorrect battery usage.
Switch panel at chart table controls and protects onboard circuits with circuit breakers and fuses.
Gauges for fuel and fresh water tank levels.
Primary instruments mounted at forward end of cockpit include speed, depth and wind speed / direction information from Raymarine ST60 displays. This information is repeated at the chart table on a Raymarine ST60 Multi display.
GPS plotter displays are positioned in cockpit (new) and at chart table which is also capable of displaying radar information from the 2Kw radome which is mast mounted just above first spreader height. (Note the newer cockpit unit is not linked)
Simrad RD68 DSC VHF radio and Navtex receiver are mounted at the nav station.
Raymarine ST6001 Autopilot control mounted at helm position.
There is a ST600R remote control for the autopilot.
An AM/FM radio receiver with CD player is wired to saloon and cockpit mounted speakers from its position at the chart table.

Where possible lighting has been upgraded to LED both internally and at masthead tricolour.

Solar panel fitted to trickle charge the batteries.
