Remarks :
Phainopepla is a delightful classic long-keeled double-ender, giving good directional stability and sea keeping qualities. She is one of several built by the renowned Morris Yachts yard in Maine, USA, to a Chuck Paine design.
The Victoria 30 boasts a sleek canoe stern with a marked sheer over moderate freeboard. She features a long keel with cut-away forefoot, combining a pleasing shape with good handling and a fair turn of speed.
Phainopepla has been well-loved and cared for in her time although is now in need of someone to breathe new life into her and to begin adventures afresh.
