Contest 36S built in 1994 - Highly regarded aft-cockpit bluewater cruiser with attractive lines and a build quality to boot. Designed by Dick Zaal and built under Lloyds Register Certification for serious seagoing, both above and below decks. Unique for a boat of this size, accommodation for seven including two good sized self-contained cabins forward and aft, two heads compartments, a large sea galley and separate forward-facing chart table. "Paper Tiger" is one of the last Contest 36S's to have been made and benefits from all the latest additions to her inventory. She has since been steadily upgraded and with only two private Owners from new, proves a true testament to her reliability and seaworthiness. Viewing is highly recommended.

The 36S was one of Contests most popular designs and for good reason; it was a fast, strong and comfortable bluewater cruiser with attractive lines and a build quality to boot. Designed for serious seagoing, both above and below decks
with accommodation for seven including two good sized cabins, two heads compartments, a large galley and separate forward-facing chart table. Compared to other cruising yachts of her era, she also performs admirably.
In production from 1984-1994, "PAPER TIGER" is one of the last Contest 36S's to have been made and benefits from all the latest additions to her inventory. She has since been steadily upgraded and with only two private Owners from new, proves a true testament to her reliability and seaworthiness.
She presents beautifully and viewing is highly recommended.
