Accommodations

The interior is arranged in the typical three cabin format with the saloon on deck amidship, the owner's cabin aft below deck and the guest cabin and galley forward below deck. The saloon is spacious and very comfortable. There is a large U-settee with Hunter Green Ultrasued fabric and a mahagony hi-low dining table placed in front of the settee. A built-in entertainment center with hideaway doors, Color TV, VCR & DVD players and a designer lamp is opposite the settee. The direct TV Satellite System is connected to the TV in the Saloon. A breakfast bar/nav desk is port side and overlooks the galley. Two teak dining chairs with upholstered backs and seat bottoms are placed at the breakfast bar and can also be used at the hi-low table. A comfortable barrel chair has upholstery matching the dining chairs. A fully equipped helm station is starboard side opposite the breakfast bar. There is a helm seat with folding back, bar and icemaker. Sliding cabin entry doors port and starboard access the side decks and a companionway with hinged doors and hatch portside aft in the saloon provides easy access to the flybridge. Custom lambrequin window treatments, mini blinds, lovely fabrics and accessories make the saloon a lovely and inviting place for dining or lounging. Beautifully turned mahogany joinery is evident and the traditional teak and holly floors add a nicely nautical touch to this area. Large windshields forward and opening windows in the saloon provide excellent natural lighting and visibility. There are overhead halogen lights with dimmers, indirect lighting and designer lamps.

Deck

All the decks are molded fiberglass with non-skid surface. The cockpit deck has two hinged hatches which access the large lazarette beneath the cockpit. The foredeck has hinged anchor locker hatch. All deck hardware including railings and stancheons, cleats, hause holes, deck hatch hinges and latches, transom gate hinges and swim ladder are stainless steel. A fiberglass swim platform with non-skid surface is mounted on large bronze brackets at the transom. A Nautical Structures low profile davit is mounted on the aft cabin top and handles the dingy. The 3.4 RIB Caribe Dingy has a 15hp Yamaha 4-Stroke outboard motor and cover and is mounted in raised stainless steel chocks on the aft cabin top. A Muir vertical windlass with capstan and cat head is mounted on the foredeck at the bow pulpit and handles the 45# CQR & 200' BBB chain and the FX-37 Fortress anchor with 15' BBB chain and 200' of nylon rode. The anchors are mounted in stainless steel rollers in the pulpit. Windlass controls are on the foredeck and at both helm stations. Other deck equipment includes braided docking lines, fenders, life ring, various PFDs and valise type Switlik 6-man life raft. The cockpit is prepped for the installation of a Glendinning Cablemaster Shore Power Cord retrieval system.

Flybridge

The flybridge sits directly above the saloon. It is reached from the saloon aft companionway or from the port side deck by steps and stairway. There is a large fiberglass console forward which has a Lexan venturi windscreen, Lexan covered chart table, large storage area beneath with hinged door access and the fully equipped helm to starboard. Pompanette pedestal-mounted helm and companion seats are placed port and starboard at the console. A large modular fiberglass L-Settee is portside aft of the helm seat. This unit has hinged seat bottoms allowing access to the storage area beneath the settee. Vinyl cushions and backrests snap on to the settee. A vinyl fitted cover protects the settee when not in use. Stainless steel railings and weather curtains surround the aft of the flybridge. A table mounted on two pedestals is placed in front of the settee. A full length bimini top with zippered panels encloses the entire flybridge area. A custom aluminum tube radar arch with powder coating to match the deckhouse gelcoat is mounted atop the flybridge and carries the radar scanner, searchlight, hailer horn and cell phone antenna. The KVH TV antenna and GPS antenna are mounted on the mast. The aluminum motoryacht style mast is hinged to lay down aft. There is seating for six adults and visibility from all seating areas is excellent.
***A CUSTOM FIBERGLASS HARDTOP WAS INSTALLED IN MAY/JUNE 2004.
