Owner’s Remarks

I am only the 2nd owner of the vessel. Over the last 16 years I have updated and improved her, including:

• Replacing the windows

• Adding a removable inner forestay to allow a staysail to be set. This can be used to increase sail area in light winds or to set heavier sails to give a balanced rig especially if used with the mizzen sail

• Added Profurl NC42 furling genoa system

• Added a lazy jack system

• Ensured that she has an extensive sail wardrobe to cover all conditions

• Added the Monitor wind steering system including emergency rudder

• LED Navigational and internal lighting

• 50amp 24-volt battery switch mode battery charging system

• A range of inverters for 240-volt supply plus shore power supply equipment

• Updated navigational instrumentation

• Upholstery replaced with new foam and covers in most areas

• Vortex type of fuel polishing system

• Additional 10-gallon switchable reserve fuel tank

• Separate diesel tank and Eberspacer heater

She is a very well-built, solid boat giving exceptional comfort at sea and in harbour. The centre cockpit gives a good feeling of security and protection from the weather.

She has been set up to be easily handled by a minimum of crew. I have sailed her single handed across the channel on a number of occasions to France and the Channel Islands as well as two-handed to Brittany, Belgium and Holland.
