Apreamare are a long established Italian boat builder with an excellent reputation for both their quality and design of boats. This Maestro 51 is believed to be the only example in the UK and is a very good sea boat, with first class visibility from both the flybridge helm and the very well appointed lower helm.
Anyone seriously looking for a 3 cabin motor yacht with flexible accommodation will not fail to be impressed by this Apreamare Maestro 51.
Built in 2008, The Magician is presented as one would expect to find a 2 year old boat - it is a credit to its current owner who recently replaced the original grey wrap with a beautiful new 3M deep blue / grey wrap that sparkles in the sunshine.
All of the exterior furnishings were recovered at the same time with grey Silvertex fabric and the decks were replaced with beautiful, maintenance free Flexiteek. She is powered by twin, low hour, MAN 6 cylinder diesels delivering 1440HP but also providing economical cruising at 10 knots. There is also a 13kW Kohler generator capable of running all domestic comforts.
Her spacious interior has sleeping room for 6 people and has two good size toilets / shower rooms. Comforts aboard include full reverse cycle air conditioning & heating, on-board WiFi, Qettle hot / filtered water tap, ice maker, wine fridge, two Bose sound systems, Fusion audio, flat screen 4K televisions and blu ray players. There’s even a dishwasher.
This “little ship” really does have everything you need on it and will exceed your expectations!

Accommodation
Saloon.
As soon as you step onboard the boat you will notice how light and airy the whole of the accommodation is. Entry to the Saloon is from the cockpit through a sliding stainless steel door. From wherever you sit you will have large panoramic views from the huge windows which are all fitted with roman blinds. To starboard is a large comfortable L shaped sofa finished in cream leather with tan piping, there are also 3 matching stools surrounding a rise and fall dining table that can be extended when the need arises. There is storage under the sofa and also under the seats on all the stools.
To Port is a double sofa which is flanked by a storage cupboard housing the sound system. The window immediately behind this sofa is able to be dropped electrically to provide additional ventilation. To forward there is raised area doubling as a chart table with a flat screen TV on a wall mounted swivel bracket above. The screen is a 4k HD monitor which receives Amazon and Apple TV via the ships own WiFi hub and has its own dedicated Bose speakers.
Plenty of good overhead lighting, power sockets and air conditioning controls for the saloon.
Helm.
The interior helm is forward to Starboard and is a very comfortable and commanding position. As already mentioned elsewhere, the visibility from the helm is exceptional as there is a curved window set providing full 180 degree view. In addition, there is a door to the side deck which is very useful when manoeuvring close to or handling the boat short handed. Leather helm seating with foot rest under the wheel.

This is another spacious well equipped cabin featuring two large berths with a good wardrobe and storage facilities.

These heads serve as a day head and, via a second door, as an ensuite to the guest cabin. There is a Shower, electric WC and wash hand basin with mirror fronted storage above.

Second Guest Cabin.
Again a very well planned and comfortable twin berth cabin. This time the berths are arranged in an L shape with one being above the other.

Crew Cabin.
There is a small area under the cockpit which is accessed by a hatch under the port side cockpit seat which could be used as a single crew cabin but which is currently used as an additional storage space.
Cockpit.
The cockpit is accessed from the bathing platform via a stainless steel gate and is very well laid out. Central door gives entry to the Saloon and the adjacent side window is able to be dropped electrically to further join the saloon and cockpit area. There is a central floor hatch giving access to the engine room, under seat hatch for access to crew cabin/storage area. The cockpit boasts forward and aft facing seating areas all fitted with new cushions finished with complimentary piping. The aft facing seat also has storage beneath. Two removable teak cockpit tables and smart hinged GRP covers over the mooring cleats and line storage.
In the centre of the transom is a clear area which if not being used as a seat gives access to the Opacmare Hydraulic passerelle. This unit has a control panel by the entry gate and can also be used to lift a dinghy or jet ski up to 400KG in weight. Shower unit in small hatch by the transom gate giving access to the large synthetic teak laid bathing platform, which also has a bathing ladder and two pop up cleats for mooring a dinghy or jet ski.
There is, of course, a cockpit cover that clips into place when needed.
To port are some well engineered Stainless Steel and teak steps that lead up to the
Flybridge.
A very well planned area with ample sunbathing facilities and great seating for all onboard with all new cushion sets throughout. A full helm with new panels installed, repeat navigational equipment and controls including a Raymarine E80 chart plotter/radar, autopilot control, engine and thruster controls, Man engine information panels, VHF, Tri-data display and Fusion head unit with large flybridge speakers.
The helm seat is part of a moulded unit that also houses a Fridge and sink unit. All over cover for the helm and seat unit.
All new LED lighting. There is a 24" Radome unit on th eWhale Tail arch as well as new LED navigation lights. Even the whale tail has been wrapped to match the rest of the boat!
Bimini cover on Stainless steel poles and an all over flybridge weather cover.
Engine Room.
A very well maintained and clean area with dry and clean bilges!
Good head height of about 3/4 height.
Two Man diesel engines with 780 hour recorded on inspection.
Kohler 10kw generator with 790 hours showing.
The two Racor fuel filters are conveniently mounted on the aft bulkhead for easy access. Two fuel tanks one each side of the aft bulkhead.

Additional Information
It is important to note that the whole boat has been wrapped with a high quality 3M wrap to make her look like a new boat. The current owner has spared no expense in the upkeep and presentation of this boat. She has had all new synthetic teak decks to the whole boat, including the bathing platform, cockpit and flybridge.
