Über diesen Bereich Royal Huisman 43

The Royal Huisman 43 SEA EAGLE is a powerful sloop beautifully designed and engineered to meet her owner’s plans to cruise the world and win a superyacht regatta or two along the route.

With her dark blue hull and “Chevy white” superstructure, the yacht is as stylish as she is performance oriented.

A high-aspect carbon fibre mast towers some 57m above the water and carries upwind over 1.000m2 of standing sail whilst a fixed keel drawing 4.5m and a displacement of just on 200 tons ensure an exhilarating ride under sail.

On deck

Well-positioned sightlines from the twin helm stations offer a commanding view of the uncluttered deck and sail plan.

For guests an adjoining cockpit keeps everyone socially connected under sail or at anchor. A unique awning covered ‘tea deck’ & dining area provides the perfect place for outdoor dining or shaded seating under sail or at anchor.

An added feature of Sea Eagle is the aft ‘beach’ deck. Two steps lower than the main deck. The transom opens out to reveal a large swim platform and full-beam staircase where ‘beach’ and platform become a water lover’s playground.

A 5.2m / 17ft Castoldi jet tender can be deployed from the transom garage by way of a hydraulically lowered ramp, providing the ideal launch pad for a day of water skiing or diving.

Forward of the awning-covered center cockpit with upholstered seating, the main cockpit and entrance to the main deckhouse salon are shaded by the generous overhanging coachroof, perfect for those who prefer to minimize sun exposure.

Surrounded by large wrap-around windows and flooded with natural light, the spacious deckhouse welcomes a dining table for 10 guests with upholstered chairs to starboard.

A contemporary white sofa, chairs, and coffee table, as well as interior helm, stand to port.

as well as the interior helm position for navigation during inclement weather.

Sea Eagle’s interior has been designed by Rhoades Young. Quietly grained French walnut sets the backdrop for white oak floors, upholstered wall panels and birch wood accents for a calming, low-key and sophisticated ambience.

Aft in the deckhouse, a spiral stair accesses two guest cabins, and fully aft, the spacious owner’s suite.

The central hall separates the twin guest cabins to port and starboard.

The master suit features its own private stair to the beach deck, a desk and work area fully aft to port, and the en suite bath fully aft to starboard flank the stair. A chic sofa and owner’s lounge sit just forward of the workspace, with the sleeping area just forward of the bath.

Another staircase forward of the main deck salon gives way to a vestibule with three heavily insulated doorways: one leads to the day bathroom; one to the starboard side flex cabin with two Pullmans, which can be either gym or a guest cabin; and last, to the crew area, portside engine control room and ship’s office.

A staircase from the crew quarters leads directly to the foredeck aft of the crew tender garage.

The walk-through engine room with forward and aft entrances facilitates crew service to the aft accommodations without intruding upon the deckhouse salon above.

The galley, just forward of the stair to port, is well equipped and designed to heel without issue, relying on rails to contain in-process activity and proper stowage for cookware, utensils, and stores.

Sea Eagle is in a class of superyachts that boast high style and extraordinary capabilities.

This luxury sloop follows the performances of Unfurled and Hyperion, both beneficiaries of the combination of Royal Huisman and Germán Frers Naval Architecture expertise.

Like all Royal Huisman yachts, close attention was paid to reducing noise and vibration to hushed, library-like levels, even when the engines and/or generators are in full operation.

- Best pedigree superyacht: German Frers design / Royal Huisman build / Rhoades Young interior design

- Versatile cruiser / racer: built to win races

- Vast social spaces and panoramic deckhouse

- Beach deck with private stair to owner suite

- 5th cabin option: Royal Huisman has already planned the possibility to divide the current full-width spacious owner cabin into two double cabins (see layout plans page 22). As a result, Sea Eagle would accommodate 10 guests in 5 cabins.
