Remarks :

The Lagoon 52 F, the latest model developed by the world's leading builder of cruising catamarans, marks a whole new era in the design of such boats, as indeed did its predecessor, the famed Lagoon 500. 

With its diamond-shaped vertical bows, bevelled hulls, its as if levitated deckhouse and tall rig, the Lagoon 52 is no ordinary catamaran, but its originality goes a great deal further than just its "outer" appearance, or even its interior layout. 

This new Lagoon is the result of lengthy discussions between the architects at Van Peteghem-Lauriot Prévost (VPLP), the Italian Nauta Design agency and the Lagoon design department. These discussions led us to make some critical and sometimes radical choices, while remaining faithful to what we believe in, in terms of elegance, comfort, safety, user friendliness, and, it goes without saying, performance under sail. 

The “F” in Lagoon 52 F stands for Flybridge — it’s the version equipped with a full-width, raised flybridge and helm station. This distinguishes it from the Sportop or S model, which features only a raised helm under a bimini and a compact sun-deck instead of a full flybridge.

The boat has never been used for charters; it has always been used privately and maintained in excellent condition. New rigging was installed in 2023, new saildrives in 2025, and comprehensive engine and generator services were performed in 2025. Below is a detailed list of maintenance and equipment. 

5 cabin version (4 doubles + 1 bunk): 

• 3 double cabins, each with its own ensuite head & shower (one master cabin with a big shower compartment and head)

• 1 bunk cabin, also with its ensuite

• 1 additional double cabin (aft port side), accessed directly from the cockpit, complete with its head & shower. The aft portside cabin features a lockable gull-wing door that opens from the cockpit and includes a full head and shower.

This layout is ideal for charter operations, family cruising, or any scenario that values privacy and flexibility, particularly with the added convenience of a cockpit-accessible cabin.

Electric fans in each cabin, heating and air conditioning control in each cabin, and adjustable reading lights in each cabin. 

Fully equipped galley: gas cooker with three burners, oven, microwave, big fridge and freezer inside and a new fridge (2025) outside in the cockpit area.

Scheiber's high-end CAN bus electrical control system is used to manage and distribute onboard power, lighting, and systems. A touchscreen display provides real—time information, including battery charge, tank levels, loads, and more. You can control systems, reprogram switch behaviour, and diagnose issues from the screen.

Bow thruster.

Batteries: House Batteries replaced in 2023, Generator and Engine Batteries replaced in 2024. Available spare batteries onboard. Engine Alternator. 240/110 V. 3 inverters.

Rigging: standing rigging and running rigging, new October 2024. Sails new in 2020, the sail configuration of a fully battened mainsail, self-tacking jib, and screecher (a furling asymmetric sail) fits the standard high-performance sail plan for this model.

Electric winch for the dinghy (5 electric winches in total). 

Electric Windlass replaced in 2023. 2 anchors and 105 m chain.  

Additional Equipment: BBQ, 2 x complete sets of diving equipment, two safes, gas detector, Davits, Gangway, four manual bilge pumps, and eight electric bilge pumps. Fenders, Boathook, Internet, Starlink TV, Netflix, Apple TV, 1 TB hard drive with movies. Washing Machine/Dryer. Covers for all the hatches.
