Procedure for selling your boat
Once you have decided to sell your boat we have a listing agreement to be signed so we can initiate the work needed to market and sell your boat. We will then need to gather as much information about the boat as possible to show in detail what is on offer. We take photos and sometimes video to show the boat on the websites. We then engage with potential customers including viewings and online video viewings. We do not conduct sea trials until an offer has been accepted, deposit paid and it is for part of the survey. The buyer pays for their own survey and if needed lift in/out of the water. At the end of a survey the boat will be placed back where it was unless agreed otherwise in advance. On receipt of survey results any faults found that were not disclosed could be subject to further negotiations. Once all agreed we process funds and paperwork to the new owner.
