FORWARD CABIN:

  • Vee berths forward, storage under, hatch overhead, and ensuite forward head with Groco Model K Marine Toilet, operates electric or manual, sink and shower, with removable teak grate floor, and in the head is storage areas over and under vanity.
  • Hanging locker, with sliding doors, opposite the head with shelving and lighting installed.
  • Port and starboard hanging storage nets and LED cabin reading lights
  • A/C fan speed control and 12V cabin fan.
  • All vee berth and head windows have drapes in Sunbrella interior fabric with tiebacks; and, vee hatch and head window have screens.
  • Head has Y-valve to discharge overboard, where permitted, and shower has a 12V sump pump.

MAIN SALON:

  • Up several steps to the main salon with lower helm to starboard with the side door to deck, a bar cabinet, followed by an L-shaped dinette with custom full-size teak saloon dining table. Table has two drop leafs; and, table drops down for additional sleeping capacity with custom mattress cushion and two teak upholstered chairs.
  • To port is the side galley with storage pantry in the companionway, and above it, white laminate countertop, two S/S sinks, single lever Delta? faucet, seawater manual foot pumps for water use conservation, and a Princess propane three burner stove and oven.
  • Under the counter is a 110V Grunert refrigerator, and further aft is a second 110V Grunert refrigerator or freezer the entertainment center. Both refrigerator-freezers are water/air cooled and holding plate. Owner reports the units are efficient, freezer makes/holds ice and need to be run one hour in AM and one hour in PM.
  • Port side has the entertainment center and storage behind tambour sliding doors.
  • Port side past the galley is the port side door
  • L-shaped dinette has storage underneath and has one drawer for storage
  • All windows and both doors have drapes in Sunbrella interior fabric with tiebacks and screens on those windows that open.
  • A gimballed brass trawler oil lamp and brass electric lamp convey and add elegance to the attractive saloon interior.

AFT CABIN;

  • Next aft and down four steps is the owner's stateroom wherein current owners in 2006 customized aft cabin withathwartships queen berth and custom mattress to starboard with drawers under, a headboard with doors and storage behind, a side nightstand with drawer under and brass lamp, also with added under platform bed mattress storage.
  • There is storage under those companionway steps
  • The hanging locker to port is voluminous and has extra shelving.
  • There is a companionway aft with screens and access, in an emergency, to the aft deck
  • To port in a small hanging locker, three sliding custom cabinet doors and four drawers and a nook compartment for a TV or open storage.
  • The ensuite head is forward to starboard with a Groco Model K Marine Toilet, operates electric or manual, sink, and separate stall shower with removable teak grate floor.
  • Custom brass lighting fixtures, reading lights, and a brass trawler lamp will convey and add elegance to the attractive interior.
  • 2014 - Two Zone CruisAir air conditioning-reverse cycle heating with SMX digital controls keeps the aft and vee cabins comfortable.
  • A/C temperature and fan speed control and 12V cabin fan for master cabin as well as small AC fan

She is in exceptional condition for her vintage having the distinct advantage of a complete 1992 refit by Richard Lippincott of Lippincott Marine Grasonville MD for knowledgeable owners who were previously sailors. Please note her upgrades and improvements in the last 27 years: new fiberglass decks; fuel tanks coated with POR-15 Rust Preventive Coating; DuPont Imron painted hull and superstructure which makes her look great and different from all the “white GBs”; recent canvas; refinished interior; customized aft cabin with athwartships queen berth and custom mattress; upgraded upholstery, bedding and drapery; replaced headliners; better 72 series f transmissions, 120 Volt AC  and 12 Volt DC electric was completely re-wired, etc. Her Ford Lehman 120 hp diesels have approximately 2600 hours.
