Trainee Broker position wanted on South Coast, UK

I am a 47yo guy who has spent the last 12 years working for a large wealth manager dealig with clients and sales of services. I am keen to find a trainee position and willing to work hard and use numerous contacts to make a success of this. I realise I will take a pay cut but looking for a lifestyle change. Extensive sailing experience on different vessels and also practical experience of renovating boats, wooden and fibreglass. Also racing yacht experience.

Ideally looking in Brighton area or Chichester/Portsmouth area preferred but open to offers.
