Wanted. Long term moored boat accommodation/rental

Will be arriving in BVI at the start of January for a year long contract.
I am looking to rent a Moored boat to live on for a year. I DO NOT WANT TO CHARTER A SAIL BOAT OR USE THE BOAT OUT ON THE OCEAN. This is for accommodation purposes only.
This arrangement would suit a boat owner who uses his or her boat infrequently and needs it maintained during periods of low usage and would also like the boat fully prepared and ready to go when you need it.
