Windy, good boats? Or??

HI all.

I am new here and new to boats.
I am dreaming of a power boat on the lake where I live. I am now looking at a 2000 model WINDY 25 MIRAGE, Volvo engine, gasoline.

How are these boats? They do look/feel solid, well made.
How are they, when comparing to a ABBATE TULLI? They are also great to look at. A bit cheaper to. But, what about quality?

Hope some can help me. All help, tip is good for me.
