Scarab 22 sc ...help please !!

Hi anyone ...I am considering buying a Wellcraft 22 sc . The owner tells me the fuel tank is 20 US gallons ...this seems rather small ...anone know if this is correct at all . Also what will the fuel consumption be at full speed ??
