Outboard rebuilds

A company in Sunbury Pa rebuilds outboard motors. "Blackbird Industries"
Has anyone had any experience with them? Good or bad

Yes I have had experience, so far NOT GOOD
With only about 40 hrs my motor is shot!!! and its one mo out of warrenty. I noticed some power loss last year when I called them they told me it might be a nicked prop. Now I found out just after the warrenty the motor is shot
They are not helping me, and to=he woman who answers the phone is sort of cold about it
