Looking for boats/yachts maintenance/yard Manager

I am about establishing a new company to cater for the increasing boat/yachts maintenance here in Qatar. I believe there is good chance of success if I start up a quality business with experience manger. This is important in order to gain the trust of clients. I am looking for the person to help me set up this business. I love boats and own 2 boats. Please help me find my quality manger.
