How do I empty my holding tank?

I have a 1988 Cruisers Vee Express and the holding tank is full and I have absolutely no idea how to empty it or even where it is - I can't find it!

I have a similar problem, just purchased a Sea Ray 230 Sundancer with a holding tank but we have no facilities to pump out the holding tank around here. Is there any seperate pump you can buy to pump out the tank?
I'd prefer something that would just use the same connection as the pump out stations as I don't want to go changing anything at this stage.
