i have a 4hp evinrude will only start when carb cleaner or fuel on a rag placed in front of the carb mouth stripped and cleaned carb still no better any ideas where i can buy a carb kit ? or will it be something else it has new plugs pretty sure they are the wrong ones car plugs i think but it runs when fuelled as i mentioned?
