starting probs

My mercury 80, 2 stroke 3cylinder outboard engine, has difficulties starting from cold. it fires up with coldstart spray and when its warm it starts o.k.
perhaps mix problem,
can any one advise on problem or advise on tuning.

Clean the sparks out and WD 40 everything!
