Leak in my Sea Ray

A fiberglass wall separates the amidships gas tank and the bilge. At the bottom of the separation are two holes about one inch that water is flowing from into the bilge. The holes are part of the fiberglass construction.

My bow bilge is dry, where could the water be coming from?
