The price for the whole item (Schottel, propeller, steering , chain, etc.) is 6.000,- Euro. The Schottel is still in my boat, has run approx. 1800 hours. Test drive is possible. The boat was only used in sweat water. The reason while I sell the Schottel is that I want another engine concept in my boat to have more space.

We are investigating a project to motorise a 55 metre length dumb barge with two Schottel-like ruder-propeller drive units of approximately 400 kw each.

Our motorised dredge has two German Jastram units which give exceptional service and allow maintenance without the vessel undergoing slipway haulage.

We would be interested in pricing any second-hand units if these could be sourced.

We are supply of at least 6 units rudder propellers of deck mount type for barge from power takeoff onward, engine supply optional , if available we prefer Cummins. The specifications are: approx 300hp , G/B ratio 5:1 or better, stem length from deck 2m , with tilting stem.”
