trapeze

I have recently got new doublehander single trapeze dinghy, can you tell me how to set up the trapeze? Do you just attach it to the hull of the boat with bungee cord or what? I've only been on a trapeze once and that was at a sailing school and was a few years ago so i cant remember how to configure one. thanks
