Foam fill a mirror?

Hi all

I'm considering foam-filling my mirror dinghy - would like to make it unsinkable, don't think it'd add much extra weight, and should contribute a little to the strength & rigidity.

Any suggestions or comments on whether this is a good or bad idea? Does anyone know if it'd disqualify it from any race rules, and if it'd affect the resale value at all?

Cheers

Matt
