U.S Youth Delegation to U.N. needs help sailing from FL to Cancun

Hi,

I am a MN Youth Delegate to the UNFCCC United Nations Climate Negotiations Process and am organizing a bike/train/sailing ship journey (no planes) from Portland, OR to the COP16 International Climate Negotiations in Cancun, Mexico this November/December.

I have been searching (futilely so far) for someone who would be willing to take 8-10 of us from Florida to Cancun. We've had one offer so far from a company that does Tall Ship tours... for $48,000. I'm a recent college graduate though (aka very broke), and there is no way that I would be able to fundraise that much money in time.

Is there anyone out there who might be able to take us across on their sailing vessel? We could bring food and we will be able to generate a large amount of press coverage for the voyage. Thank you!

Sincerely,
Reed Aronow
