New Sails?

Hi to all,
I would like to replace the sails on our little Islander 23. She's been a good boat to us this season but her sails aren't in the best of condition so we thought one of our winter maintenance jobs could be to treat her to a new set. Someone mentioned to us that an alternative to new could be second hand and that some places sell used sails in varying conditions and are graded. Does anyone know of such shops / online facilies. We're in the UK so any links would be most grateful. Also, if anyone has any specs for an Islander 23, this may help us to get new sails sorted as I'm not convinced the ones we have on her at present are a perfect fit.
